Our vegan-friendly Pro-Daily supplement contains five different bacteria: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus casei, Limosilactobacillus reuteri, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacteria bifidum. These bacteria were chosen for their proven ability to colonise the microbiome after swallowing. This means they are able to survive exposure to bile and gastric acid and join your gut microbiome.

Each easy to swallow capsule of Pro-Daily provides 10 billion good bacteria, creating a handy daily, multi-strain supplement. Pro-Daily provides an ideal introduction to bacteria based supplements and requires no refrigeration.
