Oregano Oil (Carvacrol 180mg)

Oregano (Origanum vulgare), also known as wild marjoram, is a plant native to the Mediterranean region. For centuries, it has been used as an aromatic spice, forming an integral part of traditional Southern European cuisine. Its intense aroma and flavour have made it a permanent fixture in a diet considered to be one of the most balanced.

In addition to its culinary qualities, oregano has been used in various traditions as a plant material that supports the body's natural balance. The essential oil extracted from its leaves, rich in phenolic compounds such as carvacrol, was particularly valued. This compound is one of the main natural ingredients found in oregano and has been the subject of numerous scientific studies.

Our dietary supplement contains oregano leaf oil standardised to a minimum of 70% carvacrol. It is obtained through steam distillation – without the use of chemicals – which allows it to retain its natural properties and purity. The supplement is enclosed in enteric-coated capsules, which help to reduce stomach irritation. The daily dose provides as much as 180 mg of carvacrol.
