This product is pasteurised and therefore shelf stable.
Ingredients: Mac Kimchi (Cabbage, onion, pear, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, tamari (SOY), rice flour & special salt blend), chillies, onions, ginger, garlic, sugar, vinegar, oil, Koji (Aspergillus oryzae) & spices.
