This Heather & Flower Comb Honey 212g min is taken from hives which have been moved from the lowland in early season to the heather hills in late July. The honey will have a mixture of our delicious Tweedside Wildflower Honey and will include some Heather Honey.
We understand that people are looking for ‘ raw honey ‘ (we’ve had many inquiries!) and we feel comb honey is the best way to eat honey if you are looking for something ‘just the way the bees made it’.
