Valeriana is made from organically grown valerian roots.

Tincture of organically grown fresh Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) roots, extracted in alcohol (56% v/v).

Adults: 10 drops 3 times a day or 30 drops before bedtime, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.

Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.

Avoid during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Store in a cool dry place.
