Bergamot is native to Italy in Calabria, its essence is well known for a long time and its sweet and slightly pungent smell is part of the composition of many famous perfume. It is also used for the making of Eau de Cologne. It is also found on the kitchen side in the famous candy, the Bergamotes of Nancy, or in the Earl Gray Tea.
