This honey is taken from hives which have been moved from the lowland in early season to the heather hills in late July. This set honey combines Chain Bridge Honey Farm's delicious, sweet Tweedside Honey with the more aromatic flavour of Heather Honey. Great on buttered toast or just about anything!
