Purified water, Prunus dulcis (Sweet almond oil), Cetearyl alcohol, Sorbitan stearate, Butyrospermum parkii, Rhus toxicondendron, Ruta graveolens, Sucrose cocoate, Xantan gum, Zingiber officinalis, Tocopherol acetate, Citrus grandis

Directions for use
Pierce tube seal with point in top of cap. Massage gently into affected area two or three times daily or a required.
