INGREDIENTS

Maltodextrin, Capsule Shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gellan gum), Lactobacilli culture, Magnesium Stearate, Ascorbic Acid (with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

DIRECTIONS

Take one to four capsules daily with food.
