Our multi-award-winning organic Nursing tea has been created especially for those times when mum’s milk is needed most. Therefore, we have combined powerful lactation herbs such as fenugreek seeds and fennel to support mums naturally. Aniseed and caraway add a lovely sweetness and will help to unwind and relax. Mountain growing verbena completes this comforting blend. Using only the finest and premium quality organic herbs, we’ve created a breastfeeding beverage that’s naturally sugar and caffeine free. Ingredients
Aniseed, Fennel, Verbena, Caraway and (11%) Fenugreek Seeds

Preparation
1 tea bag for 1 cup (250ml). Pour over boiling water and leave to stand for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
