"We use two varieties of mango, Brookes (pale in colour, sweet and subtle in taste and softer in bite) and Amelie (bright vibrant colour, tart and tangy in taste and chewier in bite), both of which the Burkinabe love for their full beautiful flavours. We use these varieties interchangeably throughout the year in the 100g offering."
