Furikake

Pronounced ‘furry car key’; this is a traditional Japanese seasoning of black and white sesame seeds, seaweed and red shiso leaves. Traditionally used with rice, it’s delicious sprinkled over vegetables, salads, pasta dishes and stir fries.

Black Sesame Seeds (48%), White Sesame Seeds (43%), Salted Shiso Leaf (Red shiso, Sea Salt, Plum vinegar) (5%), Ao Nori. (4%)
