Clapton Chive

Clapton Chive is a tangy, savoury almond cheese with bold garlic notes and fresh herbs. This cheese is a delicious alternative to a Double Gloucester or Boursin, that we love to spread on crackers and toasted bread.

Ingredients:
ALMONDS, coconut oil, tapioca flour, miso paste (SOY BEANS, rice salt alcohol), nutritional yeast, salt, lactic acid, chives, MUSTARD powder, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme. (Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.)

Store in the fridge between 3-5C and consume within 5 days of opening. Wrap well or put in container after opening. Can be frozen for up to 2 months and defrosted in the fridge.
